Information Collected

When you use Divine Guide, the following information is collected:

• Your submission — the issue you describe. This is used solely to generate your personalized guidance report.
• Your email address — collected only at the point of payment, used exclusively to deliver your report.
• A session identifier — a random ID that links your submission to your payment. It contains no personal information.

No account, name, phone number, or other identifying information is required.

How Your Data Is Used

Your submission text is sent to an AI model to generate your guidance report. Your email is used once to deliver the finished PDF. Your data is not used for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you paid for.

Third-Party Services

Divine Guide relies on the following services. Each processes only the minimum data necessary:

• Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe receives your email and payment details. Your card number is never seen or stored by Divine Guide.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates your guidance report from your submission text. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
• Resend — delivers your report PDF by email.
• Neon Postgres — stores your session data (submission text, email, session ID) to fulfill your order.
• Vercel Analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, performance metrics). No personal information is included.
• Meta Pixel — when enabled, tracks conversion events for advertising measurement. Events include: page views, lead signals (form submission), preview views, checkout initiation (including purchase value and currency), and purchase confirmation (including purchase value and currency). No submission content, email address, or personal details are shared with Meta.

Cookies & Tracking

Divine Guide does not use first-party cookies. Vercel Analytics and Meta Pixel (when enabled) may set their own cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. No cookies are used to identify you personally.

Data Retention

Your submission text is retained for 90 days after payment to allow for customer support, then permanently deleted. Your email address is kept on file for support and order records. Unpaid sessions (preview submissions that did not complete checkout) are automatically deleted after 7 days. If you would like your data deleted sooner, use the contact address below.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by reaching out to support. Because the service is anonymous by design, verification will require the email address associated with your purchase.
